Which kind of somatic work fits?

Three questions, and a straight answer — including when the answer is that something else should come first. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent, and no practitioner paid to appear here.

Question 1

Which is closer to what you are carrying?

Question 2

When you turn attention inward, what happens?

Not what you think should happen — what actually does.

Question 3

What have you already done?

What this is and is not

A sorting aid, not an assessment. It knows nothing about you beyond three clicks, and it cannot tell the difference between a bad month and a long-standing pattern. What it can do is stop you booking the wrong kind of practitioner, which is the most common expensive mistake in this field.

Two of the eight possible answers send you somewhere other than somatic therapy. That is deliberate. Read when this is not the answer if you want the full version.
