FindSomatic (findsomatic.com) is operated by Somatopia, LLC. This site is designed to collect as little about you as possible. Here is the complete picture.

What we collect — and what we deliberately don’t

• No accounts. You cannot create an account on FindSomatic, and we never ask you to.
• Your quiz answers stay in your browser. The “Get matched” questionnaire stores your preferences (location, what you’re seeking help with, insurance, session preferences) in your own browser’s local storage so your search results reflect them. They are used to filter searches and are not saved to an account or profile on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
• No advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We run no third-party analytics, no ad pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
• Standard technical logs. Like nearly every website, our servers and hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) record routine technical data for requests — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — used only to operate and secure the site.

Booking happens with the practice, not with us

When you request an appointment, the booking form is the practice’s own scheduling system, embedded on our site. The information you enter there — your name, contact details, and anything you choose to share — goes to that practice and is governed by the practice’s own privacy practices and, where applicable, healthcare privacy law. FindSomatic does not receive or store your booking details.

Practitioner listings

Practitioner profiles are business listings published at the direction of the practices themselves. Practitioners who want a listing corrected or removed can contact us at the address below.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices and requests

Because we keep so little, most requests are simple: quiz preferences are deleted by clearing your browser storage, and we have no account data to export. For any privacy question or request — access, correction, deletion — contact support@practiceharbor.com (our operator’s support desk) and we will respond.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this policy and its effective date before the change takes effect.
