FindSomatic is a directory, not a provider or referral service

FindSomatic is an advertising directory. Listings are created and maintained by the practices and practitioners themselves and are advertisements — not endorsements, recommendations, or referrals by us. Search and matching features organize listings based on the criteria you enter; they do not constitute professional advice or a professional referral. No listing fee or payment affects whether or how a practitioner appears in results.

No care relationship; no medical advice

We do not provide healthcare, employ any provider, or supervise the care any practitioner provides. Using this site does not create a therapist–client or any professional relationship with us. Content on this site, including educational articles, is general information — not medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Credentials and badges

Where a profile displays a credential badge, the badge indicates the specific verification described for that badge. All other profile information — including specialties, certifications, fees, insurance participation, and availability — is self-reported by the practice and not independently verified by us. You are responsible for confirming any practitioner’s licensure, registration, and disciplinary history with the relevant licensing board before beginning care. Listed practitioners who are not licensed healthcare providers work within non-clinical scopes; their listings are required to describe their services accurately, but we do not supervise their compliance.

Booking

Appointment requests are made through each practice’s own scheduling system, embedded on this site. The practice — not FindSomatic — receives your request, confirms or declines it, and is solely responsible for the appointment and any care provided.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or bulk harvesting of listings, no submitting false information, no using the site to harass practitioners, and no attempting to interfere with its operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somatopia, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, from listing content, or from any care provided or not provided by a listed practitioner.
